I have started my first year in gaining knowledge about my company and their insurance products. I don't push insurance sale in my first meeting. Give info to the prospect and comparison with other companies (it works most of the time). Do most of the leg work in the first year, it will reap into business in 1-3 years. Use all mediums like pamphlets, banners and now online - facebook, orkut etc.Whats your Marketing Strategy?
