    Hi Guys,

    How difficult do you find it to Sell Insrance Policies ?

    What is your monthly average turnover?

    Whats your Marketing Strategy?

    The Policies are infact good for long-term. But, mostly the people refrain from buying it? Why do you think people (some) avoid buying Insuance?

    Atleast 30% of every middle aged person earns decent income. But, they refuse to invest even 5% of their salary. They don't mind spending on useless stuff etc. Do you think the perception of people should change. Should agents come up with good convincing skills.

    Whats your Marketing Strategy?
    I have started my first year in gaining knowledge about my company and their insurance products. I don't push insurance sale in my first meeting. Give info to the prospect and comparison with other companies (it works most of the time). Do most of the leg work in the first year, it will reap into business in 1-3 years. Use all mediums like pamphlets, banners and now online - facebook, orkut etc.
    You will pick up maximum wrong numbers when on roaming.
