Pre-existing conditions, how to cover in Travel Insurance?

I am diabetic. Is it possible to cover this Pre-existing condition? If yes, please tell me - how to cover in Travel Insurance?

Declare all pre-existing conditions in the proposal form and check with the insurance company underwriter - if he is ready to cover your pre-existing conditions after charging extra premium. At the moment, I don't remember any travel insurance product covering pre-existing conditions.
