Who is your best broker and what brokerage they charge to you?

Anybody update Religare brokarage charges. I had heard that Reliance Money also charge per transactions fixed amount.

They have various plans, I know about Trump Plus.
Trump Plus - Brokerage is 0.025% for Intraday and 0.25% for Delivery Trades.
