Pre-existing conditions, how to cover in Life Insurance?

My father has some Pre-existing health conditions like heart problem, diabetes etc, how to cover these under life Insurance? Is there any policy which cover them after paying extra premium?

Life insurance is coverage of death due to illness or accident. So I feel you would get coverage. Or you talking about health insurance?

I am talking about Life Insurance. If the death happens due to pre-existing problems like heart problem, diabetes etc. will the policy cover it?
