Point to mention for the last two years (2010 & 11), PSU insurers are on the top two and in 2009, 2nd position hold by PSU insurer. This means that public is going back to PSU insurers.

The reason with which the Pvt. Insurer went is good service and prompt claim payment, but in last they keep on denying the claim. So customers went back to PSU insurers, who's services improved 9/10 on the scale of 10.
