Angry Home Insurance - the underwriter exchanged the correspondence address and property address?

I had bought home insurance from ICICI Lombard. In the proposal form, I had clearly mention about the risk address (the property) that needs to be insured and a correspondence address, where policy needs to be sent. Now the underwriter exchanged the correspondence address and property address, so the property which is insured as per policy document is a rented property and does not belong to me. I had personally made several visits to ICICI Lombard office but no one cares . It’s now almost 6months still the new policy with changed address is not issued. What to do now?

Have you contacted the Customer care of ICICI Lombard?
Do you have written complaint letter regarding the above?

    What to do now?
Write a letter to the company with the photocopy of the policy and wait for 15 days if nothing happens then use the IRDA's IGMS.
