First check what cover your credit card is offering?
Is the sum insured sufficient for your travel?

The coverage is very limited with Credit Card and if you are planning to go to USA, please take a separate travel insurance cover. Otherwise you end up paying lots of $$, in case of any disease or mishap.

Free Credit Card travel insurance provides only limited basic cover. You ought to buy travel insurance of proven company with good cover.
