Bajaj Allianz - top-up plan "Extra Care"

I am looking for a Top Up health insurance plan to add more cover to my health insurance, which is currently covered by my company. Is Bajaj Allianz - top-up plan "Extra Care" good?

It's a good top up plan. Some points you should take care on this plan -

1. No medical check-up required up to 55 yrs
2. For cases where medical test is required, 50% of the charges are reimbursed by Bajaj Allianz on policy issuance
3. 5 family members can be covered under single policy for a single premium
4. Pre Existing diseases covered after 4 years
