    Post Loan Documents for self employed?

    I am self employed, having a office at . We are providing consultancy services. To expend my business, I am looking for a loan of 8-10 lakhs. Documents, I have are office registration document, current account, partnership deed and project agreements related to my business. Documents I don't have I.T. Return. Could you please help me.

    For Self Employed Persons following documents are required for loan -
    • Tax return documents,
    • Balance Sheet / Profit Loss Statement of the firm he owns may be required.

    Past years I.T. Returns are must for any loan otherwise how they (bank) will know about your income regular or not.

    I have just one year I.T. return (current year), will it helps?

    You need to submit last three years I.T. Return or Form 16.
