I am attempting IC33 paper from Sahara Life Insurance. Shall I be able to attempt IC34 with TATA-AIG or Bajaj Allianz since Sahara Life Insurance does not deal with non life insurance.

Yes you can no problem. Just check IRDA website for more info about the institute conducting IC34 Agency exam.
You can appear in the same institute for IC34.
