Theft of Hero Honda - Will I get the claim?

I had purchased Hero Honda Splendor Plus Motor cycle from a dealer in Delhi & got it insured through National Insurance Company. My younger brother Rajesh Kumar had taken the vehicle to his college (He is having no driving licence). The above motorcycle got stolen. The theft occurred within a week of purchase without registration No.. Police lodged FIR after 10 days of theft. I had intimated to the company after I got FIR copy. Except driving licence,I have given all the required papers to the Surveyor. Will I get my claim?
