Health Insurance - If I include my parent in 5th year of the policy, will I get claim for their pre existing disease immediately?

I have taken a family floater health insurance policy for my wife and son. Now I have a query - If I include my parent in 5th year of the policy, will I get claim for their pre existing disease immediately?

The pre-existing coverage waiting period is for each individual as and when he joins the individual or family floater health insurance. For group health insurance, it will start after 30-60 days waiting period as mentioned in the policy document.
