Suggest GOLD Schemes on SIP mode only?

I am running two MFs SIPs without having any Demat Account. Now I wish to invest in GOLD Schemes on SIP mode only (for Rs 1000/PM).
1- Is it possible to buy it without Demat Account?

2- If Yes,kindly suggest me the appropriate Funds?

ETF cannot be purchased at any mutual fund office but has to be bought as a stock. So demat account is must. You can choose -
1- Reliance Gold ETF
2- Quantum Gold
3- Goldman Sachs Gold ETF
