Review my mutual fund portfolio

I am Manav my salary is 3.5 lac per annum. I need 5 lacs after 5 years and around 50 lacs after 20 years my age is 28 and my savings is 12000 pm will I be able to get my goal.
I am having four SIP's of 1000, 1000, 1000 and 1500 in BSL Midcap, REL Growth, HDFC 200 and HDFC Equity respectably. Tell me how much I invest and where? How is my portfolio?

I would suggest out of HDFC 200 and HDFC Equity, continue HDFC Top 200 and discontinue HDFC Equity. for midcap invest in Birla Sun Life Dividend Yield Plus.
