Question Worked in three different companies 'A', 'B' & 'C' - If I withdraw PF from comp B, would it be taxable?

I worked for Company ‘A’ from Sept 2005 till March 2009 (43 months), Then I had joined a company ‘B’ April 2009 till Sep Oct 2010 (19 month). I got transferred PF amount from comp 'A' (PF Office) to Comp 'B' PF a/c (PF Office). Now I joined Company ‘C’ from Oct 2010, till now. Please let me know, If I withdraw the amount from comp B, would it be taxable?

If you are withdrawing the PF amount after 5 years than it is tax free.

No, Tax will not be deducted as you have already completed 5 years (62 months in your case) with the same PF account without withdrawing the amount.
