Default Looking to buy a family floater- Should I take Apollo, Bajaj or ICICI?

I am looking to buy a family floater. Our organisation has medical cover from ICICI Lombard. I & my wife don't have any illness till date. My Monthly CTC is 8.5 Lcas/PA. I have searched and finalise two policies please guide -
    1. Bajaj Allianz Health Guard - Family Floater
    2. Apollo Muncih Exlusive
    3. My organisation giving ICICI Lombard

We analysed and found out that Apollo has better Claim settlement ratio than Bajaj.
Should I take Apollo, Bajaj or ICICI, as I don't want to depend on my organisations mediclaim alone?

I also want to buy Critical Illness cover as addon.

I would suggest you to go with Apollo Munich. Check out the latest plan - Optima Restore
