What is the procedure for encashment of NSC after maturity from different post office?

I have purchased NSC certificates in New Delhi in 2005. 6 years maturity period is over. Now I am living in Uttar Pradesh. Where can I encash my NSC? What is the procedure for encashment of NSC after maturity from different post office?
