Query - Health insurance Policy with annual hike

HI all

I wish to take health insurance policy for my family ( myself, wife, 2 kids, mother). Objective to have policy for long term with incremental cover every year

I am 35 yrs old & my wife is 30yrs. we wish to have constant policy till old age with annual incremental cover.

we wish to have health cover of Rs.2 crore (each) at the age of 58

kinldy guide me to choose one

On renewal of every health insurance policy for every claim free year a bonus of five percent per year (maximum 50 percent) is allowed and after four continuous renewals, the cost of medical check up to the extent of one percent of cumulative insurance for the last four years is allowed.

At the moment no health insurance company provide 2 crore health insurance cover.
