Critical illness and Personal Accident - which plan I should consider, which cover both?

I would like to ask you about Critical Illness insurance & PA. I have 5 lacs health insurance from Max-Bupa. Now I need critical illness and personal accident insurance plan. So kindly suggest me which plan I should consider, which cover both?

General Insurer - Star Health or ICICI Lombard (short term plans upto 3 years, renewable)
Life Insurer - ICICI Pru life or HDFC Life (long term plans with PA Rider)
