Misplaced NSC certificates - Is it possible to trace the records in PO?

You need following details to trace lost NSC -
1- NSC Number,
2- Date of Issue and
3- Name of holder

I have the same problem
I know all the above 3.
The numbers are36005 to 360027 and 662890
The date of issue is 3-12-2009 and the name of holder is Sivaraman.The post office is Lawspet branch of Pondicherry.Ho do I proceed?
