what kind of dental problems can be covered in health insurance?

I have a Health insurance policy. Just wanted to clarify that what kind of dental problems can be covered for my family like dental implantation , filling etc.

Only Dental surgery following an accident is covered under health insurance.

Exclusions: Any dental treatment or surgery which is corrective, cosmetic or of aesthetic procedure,filling of cavity, root canal including wear and tear etc unless arising from disease or injury and which requires hospitalisation for treatment.

Generally oral examinations, X-rays, teeth cleanings and topical fluoride treatments these are covered
