What is the Development Officer Commission & Agent Benefit?

What the development Officer get as commission on every policy submitted by Agent. Like - Jeevan Anand.

In one PDF I have found the Development Officer & Agent Commission Chart, but this is not clear in that chart - what is the percentage goes to development Officer?

There are few "IT Master Credit Code" - what it is no descripcation found about that. If any one know than please let me know.

And what the Agent Benefits and what the free gift to agent on every year basis Or If any agent complete their 12 - policies every year, will any reward given to him or not.

For Jeevan Anand - Search with either Jeevan Anand or table no 149
Commission Rate Year - for agent's commission
Development Officers Credit % - Development Officer Commission

# 'Credit Code in IT master' is looks like internal code of LIC.
