PO - MIS : where will I approach for money premature withdrawal?

PO - MIS : Premature withdrawal before one year not allowed as per scheme. So if I deposited the money in MIS, where will I approach for money withdrawal, if I suddenly in the need of money.

You can't close it before completion of one year.
