Is my Life Insurance cover sufficient?

I have term insurance from LIC in for 25 lakhs for which I am paying premium Rs. 10,000 annually.

My queries:
1- Is my Life cover sufficient?

2- Shall I take an additional medical insurance policy or only a critical illness policy? Please also suggest good policies and the cover required.
3- Is there a medical insurance policy which can cover the period when one switches from one job to another?
