How to surrender lic agency

Write an application to the branch manager LIC explaining the reason of surrender of your LIC agency with a copy of you agency licence. Keep a received copy of above application for your own record.

But how it's creating problem for applying other jobs (Hide the agency info from your CV)?

I have no idea about timeline. Check with your LIC branch manager.
