Not able to attach PDF document?

I am trying to share a PDF document with you all but not able to attach that in the forum. Is there any condition for that. I know that there is limit that you can't put a website link till you reach 10 posts. Is there any such condition for that also?

There is no such rule. You can attach PDF file but not very large one.
