Is it possible to add wife in the PPF account to make it joint PPF account?

I have a PPF account in my home town. Now I live and work in the Metro, so wanted to transfer my PPF account. I have already clear about the transfer procedure. But I wanted to add my wife also into this PPF account and wanted to make it joint PPF account.

1- Could you please let me know if it is possible?

2- If yes, how?
