LIC - Jeevan Suraksha : Can I withdraw the policy? If yes, what is the procedure?

I am having LIC - Jeevan Suraksha policy, I want to discontinue this policy. I had bought the policy in 2000 and I am paying premium continuously.

- Can I withdraw the policy?
- If yes, what is the procedure?
- Could you please help me?
