Portability of group mediclaim to individual

I am currently covered under an employer supported group mediclaim and want to change jobs. How can I port my group mediclaim to an individually-purchased family floater policy? Also will my parents be covered considering they are 66yrs of age? Any additional info on preexisting diseases being covered / waiting period will also be appreciated.

You can not port from group policy to individual health insurance policy.
