Question Which one to buy - Overseas medical insurance or Travel insurance?

I am planning to go to Sydney, Australia. So I am looking to buy a travel insurance for myself. But on the various insurance websites it's showing as overseas medical insurance and travel insurance.

Which one of these should I need to buy?

Overseas medical insurance and Travel insurance - both of them are same thing, it is just the way various people speak.

I would use the comparing website and check the coverage and price before deciding. My favorite is ICICI Lombard and Royal Sundram.
Everyone has a scheme of getting rich.. Which never works.

Both are the same, when you are travelling abroad its travel insurance that you get which is all about providing travellers an ideal cover against emergencies and unforseen situations right from the comfort at home. .
