    You have to apply and ask your DO to give you no objection certificate. If he does not do it approach senior LIC branch officers or IRDA.

    I asked DO And BM he said we wont give you
    but in IRDA where should i go ??

    1- You can do business as visiting agent in any LIC Branch.
    2- Transfer your LIC Agency to any other LIC Branch outside current city or town and take transfer back next year. This year you can do business as visiting agent in any branch. By this way, you'll get credit but your DO will not get credit.
