Procedure of Claim under the Travel Insurance?

Could you please guide me - what is the procedure to be followed to file a claim under the Travel Insurance?

Travel Insurance Claim documents depends on the sections, you are claiming. For eg. - Health cover, Loss of passport etc.
Following additional documents are required with the Claim Form for below mentioned cover claim -
HEALTH COVER -

1. Original Doctor’s Certificate,
2. Test Reports and Hospital Papers including Discharge Card

Transportation -If you are claiming for extra costs of transportation back to home (For self and/Or accompany person), Mortal Remains OR Burial expenses

1. Name of Airlines,
2. Burial Details,
3. Expenses incurred and other incidental Costs with bifurcation of expenses

LOSS OF CHECKED BAGGAGE / DELAY OF CHECKED BAGGAGE

1. Police Report,
2. Property Irregularity Report from the Carrier,
3. Claim Lodged on the Carrier,
4. Baggage Receipt,
5. Money Receipts of essential items purchased

LOSS OF PASSPORT

1. Police Report,
2. Proof of Expenditure

PERSONAL ACCIDENT

1. Police Report,
2. Post Mortem Report (If required),
3. Death Certificate (If required),
4. Medical Report

PERSONAL LIABILITY
