Hi All,

I am looking to take Home Loan from LIC housing finance ltd.. Anyone who has recently taken a Home loan from LIC housing finance ltd.? Please help.

Please avoid them. Go to any nationalised bank like SBI.

Any specific reason of avoiding them . Do you have any bad experience with them? If yes please share.

LIC housing finance ltd. is not a bank entity. So, its not governed by RBI. They only increase ROI but never decrease it.

They pull cusomters with low ROI then hike it.

Avoid LIC housing finance ltd. They increase interest after 3rd and 8th month. As u'r taking new loan. Take it from National Bank like PNB, SBI etc.
