Standard Travel Insurance cover won't cover for all these items, especially if you are going away for a year. You would be wise to take out a separate contents insurance policy, once you are in Australia that covers you for this and all your belongings, wherever you are going to be staying.

As per my knowledge it is not possible with Indian insurer. For this go to any Australian Insurer.
