cancellation of travel insurance policy

[CONFUSED]

Hi,

I was planning to visit Singapore between 15/05/09 to 20/05/09.But due to some family problems, I would not be able to fly to Singapore. I have two queries.
Query -
1- Can I cancel my above travel insurance policy?
2- Do I get my premium back as i have not traveled to Singapore?

Please reply as soon as possible.

Q1 - You can cancel your insurance prior to travel.
Q2 - Q1 if holds true than you would get your insurance money back.
