How to join CII Certification?

Hi can I get some information about -
1- How to go for doing courses with CII after completeion of FII from Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai?
2- Is there any kind of entrance examination for admission in CII?
3- From where do I get all the relevant information about CII?
4- Do CII have any franchies in India?

There is no entrance exam for CII. But you should be graduate for certificate course of CII. For any info about CII certificate - www.cii.co.uk.
Franchies in India - I have no idea.
