    You do not require a agent to withdraw PF. All you need to do is to follow old organisation for filling PF details and submit PF papers directly in PF office.

    What if previous organisation is not helpful. Can we have it on our own?
    Please Help.

    Two cases might happen in your case -
    1- If you have left recently in 1-2 years then you can't withdraw PF. On PF withdrwal form there are some details that has to be filled by the employer and his seal and attestation is required
    2- If you have left more than 2 years then fill form 19 and 10C and submit to the PF office where you have account. Money will be credited to your account or cheque will be sent via Post.

    Please fill form 13 and submitt it to your finance department. They will process it. It usualy takes few months.

    Form 13 is used to transfer PF account from one ORG to other ORG. If you want to withdraw PF then 19 and 10c are used.
