How to add avtar in the profile

Hi,

I have seen a avtar in PolicyWala Profile wants to add the same in my profile. Could you please tell me how to add this?

I have tried adding it from my computer but it's not allowing me (giving error).

I have checked no problem in uplaoding avtar. Could you please tell me which type of avtar you are uploading and send me the screen shot of the error.
