    Default LIC health plus

Anybody has any idea about LIC health plus?

Should I go for it or Mediclaim from National Insurance.

Everyone has a scheme of getting rich.. Which never works.

Do not go for LIC health plus as it is not a pure health plan. They have made a combination of a ULIP and a health plan. Moreover the premium is high for this plan because they have gone and re-insured a portion of the sum insured with another company. This means that part of your premium goes to paying for the re-insurance (which is a loss for the holder).
An additional restriction of LIC is also that it is payable only for the period of hospital stay in excess of the first 48 hours.

Go with Specialists - National Insurance.
