How to apply for a Corporate Agency

Can anybody please tell me, how one can apply for lic's corporate agency. Plz also let me know what are the formalities involved in it.

Just contact nearby LIC Div.office branch's supporting unit dept.(BSU) Headed by Mktg.Manager. Procedure of appointment is simple and similar as normal agency appointment.50 hrs.training to specified person specified by corporate body.
