Default procedure to change the name

    Hi All,

I have an LIC policy. But in the bond only first name is there and my complete name is not there. Can any one tell me the procedure to change the name and address present in the bond.

    Thanks in advance

Write an application to the branch with the document like passport, licence or ration card etc.

Write a letter to the branch. The proof attached along with the proposal must be mentioing your complete name. Make a mention thereof.

Get the correction done on your policy document too.
