Home Loan - Please Suggest

Hi,

I am working in a MNC in Bangalore. I am looking to buy property in my home town in Kolkata. As my salary is less, I would like my father to join me as co-applicant. My father is working in Govt Sec for last 20 years. My fathers job location is in Kolkata.
Could you please tell me that I am eligible for Home loan from any other finance company?

Yes, you can take Home Loan with your father as co-applicant. The loan amount would be 85% of the value of the property.

Limitation - One more thing the time period of the loan would be till the time your father will earn (till the time of his retirement).
