Can AII, FII equilivant to Graduate/ PG

Can/Are AII/FII is equal to MBA/PG as CA/CS is equilivant to PG?
Since CA/CS are also fellow member of their institute, fellow member of III Should be a PG or Graduates.

Institute can offer diplomas. Only universities can offer degree.

Go for the value not for degree.
