Angry how to handle passback of commission?

    Dear all,
    • How do you handle your client if he asks for a passback from your commissions?
    • Shall we or shall we not give them?

(after all it is the compensation for our work and service?)

Commission details are in ready reckoner. If client asks show that details that this much I am getting and sharing commission is not permissible under insurance act.

Have you heard anyone from private players giving rebate? hardly any? LIC agent's are responsible for all these rebates. Please don't support or give any rebates to your clients, after all it's your hard earned money. Instead of that offer them life long relation of service, which I think the person who gave rebate will not give. It's all depends on your convincing to your clients.

I agree with you all. But still this is the real problem, which every agent is facing.
