    Question Short Term Capital Gain Vs Profit in Futures Trade

    What is the Difference b/w Short Term Capital Gain Vs Profit in Futures & Options Trade?
    Will they be taxed Differently?
    I read somewhere that F&O trading is considered in Business Income. Is it true?

    Short term capital gain only for cash delivery transactions.
    For future trading income , it will add to you regular Business income and you have to pay full tax on it.
