Question No insurance certificate since more than 5 months

I have taken a motor insurance with TATA-AIG in the month of March' 2009. Paid premium through check. The Check got cleared in March' 2009. But I did not received the insurance certificate, even after a month. I had called the sales executive of TATA-AIG, he didn't do much only said it's in progress. Later on when still I have not received then I had mailed the problem to TATA-AIG customer support many times.

Now its being more then 5 months I am yet to receive my policy. Please help What should I do now?

If you have cover note, just make a scanned copy of the same and write a letter or email to customer care officer's, mentioning all the above details.
Its always better to give complain in writing. You always have record to fall back on.

    Thumbs down

TATA-AIG services are very pathetic. Avoid them. They are the first to say tata at the time of claim. And most important they won't renew your policy if you make more than two claims in a year.
