LIC Pension Policy claim?

What all things need to submit at the time of LIC Pension Policy claim. Please let me know in detail like forms, documents, certificates required from my side.

Please go your service branch. They will give you the forms. Fill and submit than and there.

1. First give claim intimation to the branch specifying the date of death & cause. You can give them on phone, written intimation etc.
2. Produce death certificate
3. Policy bond

Submit all the above three documents to the branch & based on these they will give you the claim papers. fill them and submit them to the branch.
