Default Cover burglary for jewelry in Home Insurance?

Is we can take cover burglary for jewelry in Home Insurance?
Is there any specific condition, we need to satisfy for making claim for jewelry under home insurance?

    1. Make a list of the items (Type, Value, weight etc) and attach it with policy document.
    2. If valuation is possible please take valuation certificate and attach photo copy with the proposal form
    3. FIR
