I would recommend better wait and watch on New IPOs. You can see the no of IPOs, which issued in year 2007-08 are still available at 40-50% discount price. Better buy good companies like RIL and L&T and sleep.Originally Posted by coolsam

I am looking to apply Oil India IPO thru my newly opened Demat Account.
There are no charges for buying shares thought IPO. You will have to pay brokerage when you sell in the secondary market after getting it in IPO.
